I've just eaten a pizza with mozzarella and marscapone on it, and - after lots of googling - found that as long as these ingredients aren't labelled 'unpasteurised' then it is basically ok.
I was then eating the pizza and then realised it had parma ham on top, which is on the NHS 'be careful' list. I'm worried that I didn't cook it enough in the oven and it may not have killed all the bacteria.
I do have OCD, so perhaps this is me worrying too much... but I know I'm going to be symptom spotting for toxoplasmosis now over the next 3 weeks :(
Can anyone help talk me down?
