Has anyone given birth at C&W via NHS with Dr Millicent Nwandison? If yes, how was she and how was your overall experience at this ward?

I am 47 and expecting twins so I am wondering if I should go private as I saw that the private ward at C&W has different consultant to the NHS consultants. The NHS ward does not even list the consultants on the C&W website. I also worried that I might need to stay for 2 days at the hospital if not more so I dont want to be worried that they might try to discharge me earlier to free up beds.

Are you insured for maternity care? If not do you have an idea of the costs?

They won’t try to discharge you early but you will be desperate to get out. Once you are in, they aren’t desperate to get you out.

Hi, First of all congratulations! :)

I'm expecting twins too :)
I'm also assigned same consultant at C&W. I'm in 18th week of pregnancy. Have you managed to get anymore info about this consultant?
