Hi guys, just after some advice really.
I had a surgical termination on the 29/11. On the 9/12, so Friday, me and my partner had intercourse with a condom, however we realised that it had come off and I think it’s likely that some of the content of said condom did not stay inside it if you catch my drift, just from what it felt like on wiping afterwards. I’ve been really worried that I could become pregnant again, as I know fertility resumes almost immediately after an abortion. I took the EllaOne pill last night so roughly 48 hours after the intercourse, I would have taken it sooner but I was unable to get out. I did an ovulation test on the Saturday, Sunday and today to see if my ovulation has resumed, to know if the medication would be effective or not. I usually have a 29-31 day cycle and ovulate usually approximately around day 17-19, so if the first day after the termination was the “restarting” of my cycle, this makes Friday roughly day 8 or 9, depending on when you start from. Do you think I will be okay? Is there anything more I can do? Pictures will be in comments of said ovulation tests. Thanks for any advice, or if you can point me in the right direction of who to speak to.
