I have the Toblerone effect too and have done with each pregnancy. My muscles have rejoined each time without much input from me.

And even as a veteran of 4 pregnancies, there are still occasions when I bend in a particular way and think "shit, that probably broke it's arm". duh!

LOL at the title of this thread - the same thing happens to me if I engage my (now, clearly departed) stomach muscles! I first noticed it in the bath and it completely freaked me out! I don't like toblerone either!!
Surely it's normal?? Does this mean I had some half decent abs to start with but never will again?
