Hi all I should be nearly 6 weeks pregnant right now but at around 10am this morning I started bleeding really heavy. Iv started passing clots this past 2 hours and started getting bad pains in my neck and top of my back. It also feels like I need to use the toilet number 2 a lot but I don’t. Iv bad cramps coming and going. My partner thinks I should go to a&e or at very least my gp in the morning. Just wondering anyone who’s been here before is this normal or so I need checked out

Can your partner take you to a&e as soon as possible lovely, due to the pain in your shoulder it's really important you're checked over fast x

So sorry for your loss. I’d second a trip to A&E if you can, just to be on the safe side. I miscarried my first at around 7wks and it just felt like a slightly heavier period, so in your shoes I’d want to rule out an ectopic pregnancy.

Did you go to A&E OP? I agree with pps, you need to rule out an ectopic pregnancy. So sorry you’re going through this.

I went to a&e had a scan everything seems to be passing as it should
