Face redness on one cheek

Hello everyone!
I'm after some advice I guess? I'm 26+5 and this morning I woke up with one reddish cheek (just one) which is also slightly warm to the touch. I read about slapped cheek syndrome but have none of the other symptoms, could it be rosacea (although I've never suffered from it) or maybe just one new pregnancy symptom due to the increased blood flow and nothing more than that?
But my main question is, since it's the weekend, and I have a MW appointment on Monday morning, do you think it's OK to wait until then? It seems silly to call triage or 111 for this... thanks in advance!

you slept on that side

Well, I toss and turn quite a lot lately, so yes but not only on that side 😀 and I've been up for hours, shouldn't it have faded by now?

and it pretty much has now?

You have an increase in blood volume during pregnancy, so flushed cheeks are incredibly common. Shouldn't be anything to worry about but let your midwife know on Monday

Do you look healthy? It might be your pregnancy glow starting making you a bit rosy. But you probably just slept on that side
