Paracetamol help!!!!

Hey everyone currently 16 weeks pregnant. Suffering from sinusitis so taking paracetamol for pain.
I'm so exhausted today I can't remember if I took 2 paracetamol at about 2pm and at 4pm I took 1 more then stopped myself taking another cos I couldn't remember!

So I could of had 3 in less that 4 hours 😭😭😭😭😭😭 will baby be okay?

You'll be fine. the dose guidelines are very conservative. just don't take more for at least 4 hours. Try inhaling steam, always helps me!

Baby will be fine. If it’s just shop brought ones the dose will be low (compared to what you will get on prescription). There is a higher tolerance but they typically don’t tell people this. Just ring your midwife and inform them anyway if your unsure

Yes fine. Please don't worry. In some countries they do a 750mg dose of paracetamol (and people take two just less frequently in the day). You're very far from an overdose.

Also get some steroid nasal spray from the chemist if you don't already have some. Hope you feel better soon.
