Hey!
So I'm 36+4 weeks today, saw my midwife this week who told me I'm messuring 3.5 weeks behind, and when I was 33weeks, I measured 1 week behind so my midwife said babys growth is slowing down. I have a growth scan next Friday.

On the 24th of November I had a growth scan and I've had them every 3/4 weeks because I have LOW PAPP-A, on this day they said he's growing fine, happy etc.

So what I'm really getting at is, growth scans are done a minimum of 2 weeks apart... if I have the growth scan next Friday I will be 37+4... if baby is measuring small on the scan what will happen?

I'm due a c section at 39+2 but thats not enough time to get another growth scan is to see if baby is growing. Does this make sense? Has anyone else had this and if he's messuring small, will they do my section earlier?

Hi,
my friend has a scan at 37 weeks, baby was very small at this point as the placenta had stopped working properly (don’t know ins and outs) she was induced. I think at 37 week they make a judgment as to whether the risk of waiting is too great as as you will know 37 weeks is considered FT
