Had tummy cramps since about 8am today, feel a bit like premenstrual. stayed off work and rested, but no better. Am 24 weeks. Initially thought it might be because i needed loo, but been (sorry TMI) and it was normal and tummy cramps remain.

Shall i call midwife? or am i worrying over nothing?? First pregnancy so all new to me.

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Call the MW, she really won't mind, it'd what she is there for

I would call your midwife and she can reassure you or advise you what to do. Honestly, she will not mind.

Hope you are feeling better.

could be bladder infection...get emergency GP appointment rather than midwife.

thanks all - called her in the end, told to go to bed with 2 paracetamol and call ward if not better. just got up and trying to decide if its any better. she was very lovely to me, glad i called now.
