Hi need advice please. Iv did crazy amount of home tests including clear blue all positive but iv left 3 different urine samples in my doctors this past week 2 negative and last one inconclusive. Clear blue last Friday and 2-3 weeks. Honestly the stress with the doctor is driving me crazy. Iv a private scan booked for next week for my own reassurance but wondering would I even see a sack. From my last period I’m around 5 weeks now. Doctor said if home tests are positive it means I’m pregnant but hospital ones just aren’t as sensitive apparently. At this point I just want the scan to make sure it’s where it should be.

Hmmm this must be so confusing!
can they not check your blood hcg?? Instead of keep pee testing?

that would clear it all up.

5 weeks is to early to scan I think.....

Iv asked about a blood test but they said it needs confirmation through pee testing first. I’m panicking about things like ectopic and every small niggle I feel is making me worse. I did a test first thing this morning and it was a strong positive. I. Can’t understand how the last one was inconclusive

At 5weeks you will be able to see a sac at scan and assure if pregnancy is in right place. You may not see heartbeat till 6weeks that’s for sure.
although it will relax you a lot to see that pregnancy is in right place

I had my scan at 6+2 when I had IVF and could see a tiny bean and heartbeat. That's the earliest they will scan so you might not see anything before that point.

Hello! Jumping on this as I'm going through a similar thing. How did you get on with your scan? High HCG but scan at 4+3 showed nothing at all. Got a re scan booked for Tuesday, where I'll be 5+0 so hopefully see something, and had repeat blood this morning. Very worried that they couldn't see any sac at all, not even a tiny dot.
