Transvaginal scan - no fetal pole 7 weeks (IVF)

hello, went for a transvaginal scan at 6 + 6 and they could see gestational sak + yoke but no fetal pole. They have asked me to come back in a week but they said there was no chance. Has anyone been through this at 7 weeks? I know my dates are correct as I had IVF. I haven’t had any cramping or bleeding yet. The wait is making me so anxious

Unfortunately that doesn't sound very promising I'm afraid. It'll all be clearer next week though. Best wishes

Sorry to ask but what was your outcome? Going through the same thing now, 7+1 and no fetal pole. Feel like I'm just waiting for MC to start but they won't confirm.

Hello there. I am so so sorry you are going through the same thing, it’s really hard. I went for a follow up the following week and they could now see the fetal pole and Heartbeat but was only 75. They say anything less than 90 is likely going to end in miscarriage. I did end up miscarrying at 9 weeks naturally. I was totally devastated but am trying to remain positive. @shhhh8 thank you for responding, I'm so sorry for your loss. I think it's the same outcome for me, faintest bit of light brown when I wiped this morning, so just waiting for it start now. So crushed to go through this again.

Hey, I’m sorry to ask but what was the outcome of your pregnancy? I’m currently going through something similar, had a scan yesterday at 6+6 and there was no fetal pole but potentially two yolk sacs. I’m not booked for another scan for 10 days!
