*TW* early miscarriage

I'm so sorry for the graphic picture. But can anyone on here help me please?

I had some back pain yesterday and today I passed this while urinating. I am not late or due a period, nor have I ever passed any kind of clots (even while menstruating) so this is very unusual.
I'm worried it may have been a very early miscarriage. I don't know whether to say anything to my partner.

Did you have a pregnancy test yet?

I would recommend starting there. That would help you figure out if you are looking at a potential miscarriage or other source of bleeding in pregnant or non-pregnant health issues.
