Yes, worked 1st month for us as well. We had been trying 3 months for number 2 and I was 36. Definitely worth trying x

First! It was our 19th cycle!

Got pregnanct first cycle using SMEP but sadly ended in a chemical, just got another BFP on our 3rd cycle SMEP x

We essentially did this (slightly edited as I have irregular cycles) and it worked first time.

I also got pregnant on the first cycle I tried this. I’d only been trying for 3 months beforehand, but first month doing SMEP it worked!
