Hiya, just after some reassurance, this is my second pregnancy and this one so far has been totally different to first,

I started to feel movements the other day but yesterday and today so far I haven't felt anything...people keep saying you feel things earlier with second but I haven't, I'm wondering if it's because I am a size 16?

Just hope I'm not alone with this!

Hi, I am pregnant with my second and had been starting to worry as I wasn't really feeling much and when I was feeling movement, it was less obvious and felt different to my first pregnancy. My recent 20 week scan showed I have an anterior placenta - so placenta is at the front and in between baby and my tummy - so effectively 'muffling' the movements. No cause for concern and midwife said it could be 24 weeks before movement is felt (to ring them if no movement by 24 weeks). So you may have the same.

Ahhh yeah that could be it! Spoke to my mum today and she was like you are still early and baby is still small so you won't feel them every day!

I have had three miscarriages so I think I just worry anyway!

Thank you for commenting 😊
