How to convince the consultant to move forward a planned section?

I have posted here about DH having to travel 12 days post op. Seeing my midwife today she's booked me to see the consultant again next week about possibly moving the date forward 3 days or so. Planned for 39+5 at the moment, which is concerning in itself as I do go into labour but always end in emergency c/s (twice before) at 39+6.

So with these two reasons how do I convince the consultant to move it forward. Frankly if he just moved it to 39+2 I would be going home at the time I would be coming in and that would give DH and I two weeks + before he went away. I tried the "I go into labour on my own" card already with no success.

I am not about hysterical tears!
