Hi everyone. I am currently 17 weeks pregnant with my second child and have been feeling small flutters since about 14-15 weeks
i am wondering when they will feel like proper kicks. I realise every pregnancy is different and there are so many factors involved.
I am a plus size mummy. A size 16-18 pre-pregnancy

19 weeks tomorrow and also plus size, mine still aren't full on kicks but are more frequent and stronger. They just feel like something is definitely moving around in there.

First flutters felt around 15 weeks.

I didn't feel a thing other than sick until about 18 weeks. From then, I felt flutters but it could have been wind. By the day before my 20w scan, I was getting quite nervous that I might have miscarried as I still wasn't sure that I'd felt the baby move. That night, we went to a musical and - BOOM - that was a kick.. and so was that, and that, and that. And so it contjnued for another 22 weeks. Well, when she wasn't using my bladder as a trampoline.

Depending on the position of the placenta, it's often a little earlier than your previous pregnancy.

Im a similar size to you and also pregnant with number 2. I didnt really feel any flutters this time around but started with much clearer kicks at around 20w. Like a pp above, i was starting to get a bit worried, especially as everyone was telling me you usually feel second babies sooner, but think it was just a combo of baby's position and my extra padding 😳
