Confused !!!!!

Hiiii

So we went for a scan 6w1d.
There was a ges sac and yolk all in the right place but the lady said she couldn't see a fetal pole. She didn't sound concerned and asked us to return 2 weeks later.

When we have came home and looked at the photos online she wrote that fetal pole and fetal activity was seen?? Does that mean she be seen it just she never mentioned anything to us.

I'll attach what she wrote and also a photo.. I'm not sure if it's just a raggid edge or a little bean 🥹🥹🥹

Only she knows. Perhaps there's a distinction between the fetal pole and fetal pole activity.

Bit confusing that she's also put fetal cardiac activity seen.
I'd give them a ring, sounds like they've got the notes mixed up?
