Sorry in advance for the long ramble. Just come home from my scan.
I had an early scan 13 days ago which determined I was 4+6- we only saw the sac.
Today- First off we saw the baby, heart beat pumping away, so that’s great news. The machine wasn’t the newest I think and therefore scan quality on the screen and pictures are not as clear as other ladies I’ve seen pictures of on here.
She then started asking me if my periods are regular and could see 2 other quite large masses that on her notes either say fluid, bleeding or other sac’s? My partner said the pic looks different to what he could see on the screen ( it was faced away from me) n it looked more like a Micky mouse head.
It’s probably just bleeding which will hopefully be ok?? Worried.
If it’s other sacs then surely they would be clearer, with heartbeats too?
I’m a mix of relieved to see the heartbeat, worried for the bleeding, and a little confused for the tiny chance it’s multiples?
I was measuring at 6 weeks today when I should be 6+5 based on last scan but she said don’t worry about that. Help! Anyone been here??
Next scan is in 2 weeks on 15th Dec
