BFP after early loss (possibly have adenomyosis)

Does anyone have experience of retaining a pregnancy after suspected/diagnosed adenomyosis? Or general tips for holding onto the pregnancy after an early pregnancy lost?

Been trying to conceive since April 2020, no luck until June 2023 but lost that pregnancy after 5 weeks in July. At my checkup in July, the doctor said that it's possible that I have adenomyosis and to come back for investigation after 3 cycles to confirm. We moved countries shortly afterwards and managed to conceive this month (found out today, first day of last cycle was 31st October so very early days!).

My GP practice referred me to the midwife clinic, and I'm booked in for my first appointment on 27th December and first scan in January. It feels like such a long time away, given I never got to the 8 week mark last time!

Does anyone have any advice for supplements/techniques that can actually increase my chances of holding onto this pregnancy?

Good luck! It must be nearly time for your scan now. How did it all go?

@Woman5678 thanks for your reply! I had an early scan at 8.5 weeks and saw a lovely healthy heartbeat. Our NHS scan is on the 24th - no adverse symptoms yet and still experiencing nausea and fatigue so everything seems promising!

I guess it'll be hard for them to assess at this point if I do have adenomyosis so will have to wait until after the pregnancy to figure that part out! Not complaining though - so delighted to be pregnant
