Did your stomach feel any different in early pregnancy

So I'm 7 weeks today. I have zero pregnancy symtoms.
I keep hearing people talk about how they were bloated and could 'feel' something was in there.
My stomach is not bloated and swidgsy as usual. I feel absolutely nothing.
I had some cramping the other week. Worse than period pains but no bleeding . I'm concerned that I may have an empty sac as I'm still producing hcg as per tests. I just feel like something isn't right as I feel nothing. People have said they miscarried when they had no symtoms and it's scared me. Already had a chemical a year ago

I'm 14 weeks now but I had a lot of bloating and cramping in early pregnancy.

Could you book an appointment with an early pregnancy unit if you're worried?

I wouldn't bother with the pregnancy tests. They're not going to confirm anything either way.

I didn't feel a thing until 12 weeks when I started having the first signs of a bump.
Pregnancy was plain sailing. I don't think it's anything to worry about. Having a scan will show you what's actually there if you're worried.

My belly was the same as ever until the start of the second trimester - that’s when the bloat got me. Then I deflated and didn’t get a proper bump till almost 20 weeks.

Thanks guys. I've been booked in for a scan next week. It's reassuring to hear you can have no symptoms. I felt like there must be something wrong with me as there's people posting about feeling sick as early as 4-5 weeks as it made me concerned that maybe I've had a missed mc

The thing about a missed MC is that you would still have symptoms, just like before. Because your body wouldnt know youd had a mc.

Symptoms mean nothing. I had some very very verrrrryyyy mild nausea from 7 weeks. My main symptom was a lack of appetite. I had zero bloat. And Im now almost 22 weeks and barely have a bump! My pregnancy is still completely unnoticeable. If you know that I am pregnant, you still cant really see a bump, as I had a bit of a belly previously, and it isnt bigger, its just harder, but you cant tell that from looking at me!

Good luck with your scan! Im sure it will be fine!

I couldn't feel anything but I was bloated for a few days at about 6 weeks. Didn't last long thankfully.

Now 13 weeks and aside from a brief aversion to food at 6/7 weeks and a strong desire for biscuits and cake throughout (I don't usually have a sweet tooth) I've not really had any symptoms. All the best for your scan OP x

I've had four pregnancies and pretty much zero symptoms with any of them.

It's really normal not to feel any different at this point. I had no idea with my first, no symptoms what so ever and didn't find out until I was 14 weeks.
With my second I had severe sickness from 4 weeks and bloating, you just never know.
Could you book an early reassurance scan to put your mind at ease?
