Any good or bad reviews of either clinics? 35 and TTC for two years. Test results are all coming back normal. Would like to start with IVF or natural modified IVF.

Google reviews of both places are scary but they have the best HFEA results in terms of volume of patients and success rate.

I'm currently with LWC and they've been very good to us. We can't say we've had success so far, but they've treated us very well and have done all the tests that we needed. Our case is male factor, ie low sperm count, but otherwise not too bad.

I had an experience with London Women's Clinic where I was looking to freeze my eggs with them, but decided against due to two red flags that I picked up whilst going through the consultation process.

1. When I would make an enquiry, they'd promise to call me back but wouldn't.

If I called on occasions (for example, to try and get an appointment with a consultant), they'd pick first time (for example, to run me through available dates and times) and if I then said 'let me check with work that I can take that time off and come back to you quickly and then called back to follow-up within minutes, they just won't pick up anymore throughout the day. It appeared to me that they were marking my number and deliberately ignoring me.

1. I have a very simple non-English name (with three syllables). I had an appointment to see a consultant and I was first on the list as it was first come first serve.

I arrived first, so I know. However, they bumped me to the bottom of the list. After an hour of waiting or so, I went to them to ask why I came first and I'm #1 on the list and I've watched other people go ahead of me. The staff told me that they were unable to pronounce my name so they just left me say there. I was shocked by their ignorance and lack of awareness. I packed my stuff and left, I felt that I couldn't trust them with something as important as my fertility. I went to CRGH and they were fantastic. I would recommend them.
