It really hurt just after, then started to cramp - now it feel like I have a tight pair of trousers on. Not agony or anything, but very uncomfortable and sore - when do I need to worry? Just if it's agony or bleeding? Am err... about 19 weeks? (let me go work that out...)

I've done this several times, felt exactly the same and all was fine but I would recommend you get checked out (and probably told off) by your MW tomorrow. If things start to hurt a lot or you get any bleeding then I'd phone the labour ward - they won't mind (mine didn't). With me, it hurt for a few days which was probably no bad thing as it meant I had to take things easy.

MW is only there Monday mornings (bit of a sore point with DH!). Thanks for the reply, it's actually eased abit now - the fact it hurt beyond a few mins was worrying me, but it's pretty fine now. Thanks again x
