6weeks symptoms eased?

Hi ladies,
currently 6weeks. First ever pregnancy with ivf.
it’s been quite dramatic so far so I’ve been so anxious. Had lots of symptoms since BFP and one of the early ones was breast tenderness.

I had a small bleed couple of days ago due to a hematoma , had a scan yesterday babies seem fine and growing although no heartbeat yet.
Today I woke up and my boobs are still heavy but no that sore anymore?

Im driving myself crazy as after the bleed I’m so scared of a miscarriage! Dr tried to reassure me that everything seem perfect so far but I can’t help it and worry.
Is that normal?

Yeah it's normal, symptoms come and go. Don't worry, I know it's difficult though.

@CB2805 how are you feeling now? I am currently 6 weeks also with IVF, I feel incredibly lucky! I have my first scan next Tuesday and I 'should' be around 7 weeks then. I had assumed we would hear the heartbeat at this scan but not so sure from what you have said above. I'll be pretty disappointed if not and no doubt will be feeling anxious like you!

@Dann186 hi hun, first scan at 5+6 no heartbeat, scan at 6+2 2 strong heartbeats🩵
So don’t worry you should have your heartbeat at 7 week scan.

Still anxious tho, the bleed stoped but the symptoms are driving me crazy as they come and go all the time!

@CB2805 extremely anxious - I had some very light spotting this morning and I have had a complete breakdown about it. I have spoken to the clinic and they are going to scan me tomorrow now instead of next Tuesday. I wouldn't be able to wait until then, I would be going out of my mind. I feel like I can feel cramps now too. It's so hard not to overthink everything. I miscarried before around this same time so the apprehension is killing me. Just need tomorrow to be here now so I can find out everything's OK 😥

@Dann186 oh hun I’m so sorry for your previous loss💔 I can imagine how anxious you can be now!
im the same, can’t settle at all and driving myself nuts with pointless pregnancy tests! Complete torture!!

I hope it’s nothing to worry about in your case, I keep my finger crossed for tomorrow🤞 pls update me:)

On my bleed I had horrific cramps accompanied with fresh blood and honestly I thought I was miscarrying. Only when we heard the heartbeats we relaxed a bit - but not for long lol
I still have spotting which comes and goes which makes things worse for me mentally.

@CB2805 All went OK - didnt hear the heartbeat but saw it beating away on the monitor - most incredible feeling in the world and I am so hugely relieved! Literally just burst into tears and so did my partner! not completely out of the woods yet but remaining positive. I'm 6+5 so slowly chipping away at these nightmare weeks and then hopefully can relax completely!

@CB2805 Thank you! It really is! I can’t begin to imagine the emotions we are going to feel as they start getting bigger. And you can see them moving around. Absolutely amazing ☺️
