Out of date test (over a year expired)

Would you trust an expired pregnancy test? Got a negative result but just curious of other peoples experiences of using them. Wasnt fmu used was mid morning and only a day late so far

Interestingly I recently saw that beauty vitamins and some energy drinks can cause false negatives if there are high levels of biotin in them.

But no, I wouldn’t trust an expired test. Presumably they have an expiry date because they don’t perform accurately after a certain amount of time.

I will maybe try and nip out and get an in date one in next couple days if no show of af!
