I have this (I am 7.5 weeks) and asked when I went to went to the doctors this morning. He said a low-level tummy ache and a sudden pain like a stitch is fine.

He said only to worry if it's a prolonged (over 1 day) sharp pain.

Mild cramp is normal, its the uterus stretching and softening.

Don't worry Shell, i had this too, in fact still have the odd cramp (like period pain) and doctor assured me its totally normal.
Put your feet up and take it easy x

Hi Shelli
I have had exactly the same from week 5 to week 10 as I am now - still experiencing the same mild cramps. I have had 2 previous mcs so can completely relate to your feelings honey. If it's any comfort I had a scan today at 10.2 wks and all is dandy - Doc said ligaments stretching and not to worry unless cramp gets severe. I have also had a few nights where it has been quite bad but again he said not to worry. Hope this helps you to relax - that's all you need to do x
