First time being pregnant. It's exciting but also very nerve-wracking as I don't know what to expect. I know the basics of some symptoms you can get but wanted to know if there is anything else I should know or do? If there are any tips that helped you swiftly get through the first trimester?

Are you following the NHS pregnancy info and week by week info? It's pretty good.

You need to know:
what to eat /drink and what to avoid
What type of physical activity is safe and what isn't
Other lifestyle things to avoid
What you need to think about work-wise - eg you may need a health & safety risk assessment depending on the nature of your role/working environment.
Common symptoms and how to manage/when to seek help

NHS website covers it all

@Whataretheodds Thank you! I don't know why I didn't think about visiting the NHS pregnancy guidance online
