Hey, I'm 37 weeks pregnant today and last night when I went to toilet I had what looked like streaks of pinkish blood when I wiped, waited a few minutes wiped again and nothing, I called triage to be on safe side and they just asked me to monitor it with a pad on for a couple of hours, didn't have anymore blood so went to sleep, woke up this morning to pinpoint size brown specks on the pad and nothing else ans no more blood when I wipe, baby is Still moving as normal and I've not had any cramps etc I'm just wondering if this could be the start of my mucus plug coming away, this is my first pregnancy so unsure if it is or not.
