i’m here worrying again so please be kind šŸ™ˆ

I’m 22 weeks pregnant tomorrow and had our ā€˜20’ weeks scan on Monday. Where everything was fine including my cervix length etc. just before the scan I started to feel a little pressure on my bladder And constantly need the toilet. I had a UTI and it was clear on Monday and US tech confirmed that baby boy was chilling on my bladder which might explain the pressure on my bladder. Saturday morning I woke up on my back ( after falling asleep on my side šŸ™ˆ) and noticed my lower belly felt a little harder than normal even though it’s often hard when lieing down and standing up anyway. I went to the loo and went down stairs but my belly still felt a little hard. I had no pain or discomfort at all it felt completely normal apart from feeling harder.I didn’t actually feel any tightening etc. throughout yesterday and Saturday I’ve now become obsessed with poking my belly to check for hardness and managed to convince my self I’m having constant braxton Hicks 😄 I’ve called triage and they said as there’s no pain at all then don’t worry but I can’t get it off my mind ā˜¹ļø
I’m not even sure anymore what my ā€˜normal’ pregnant belly feels like 🄲 I’ve called triage again this morning and was told the same thing that as no pain it’s nothing to worry about.

do these sound like braxton Hicks and sound worrying or should I trust the professionals?šŸ™ˆ

i know I need to get my anxiety under control and have spoke to my midwife about it but it’s so hard. I convince my self all the time something is wrong with my baby 😄

It could just be baby that you’re feeling? Especially if he’s that low down that he was resting on your bladder. I’ve been able to make out where baby is laying since about 24 weeks

i think braxton hicks are normally at the top of your bump too but I could be wrong!

I’ve been wondering whether I’m just feeling where he is šŸ™ˆ I don’t know what to think it’s all so confusing! Just wish I could have a scan and check up every week but I know that’s my anxiety talking!
