Had one previously but was not as uncomfortable as now! And no clue if I can/should magnesium sulphate it or what I can do for it. It’s so bad I’m genuinely considering waddling off to a&e tomorrow as my gp is absolutely awful and I doubt midwives can do much as they’d just tell me to see my gp (easier said than done when they don’t answer the phone and when they do say there’s no appointments for anytime in the near future!). Anything I do seems to make it worse, sitting down seems to have inflamed it more, paracetamol helped a little for awhile now it’s hell again. In the most irritating place so I can hardly walk, sit etc! Just looking for some tips and sympathy tbh! Very much fed up with everything now Grin

All of my sympathies! Those bastards hurt! Truthfully, I wouldn't have the foggiest about mag sulph paste, but perhaps a warm bath might help. Maybe contact the MAU at your local hospital? See if they'll fast track you to Gynae that way. Failing that, A+E will be a good shout.
