PIC Included 5week 6 days ultrasound - twins (2 poles, 1sac)

Hi all,
curious if anyone had an ultrasound like mine and what were the results?

At certain times the ultrasound tech saw what looks like two fetal poles but only one sac.

all comments welcomed :)
