I'd been suffering with exhaustion
Lots of gas
Hungry all the time
Really tender in lower tummy
Sore breasts
5+3 weeks
Yesterday all day I had strange pain.
Not cramping. Sudden surge of pain.
I don't really think I'd call it sharp.
It was above my public area

Today I noticed my bbt has dropped dramatically too . Going from previously 36.60-80
Down to 36.29 this morning.
This is what I would get before a period.
This combined with the fact all my symptoms are gone. No tenderness nothing. I'm feeling really depressed thinking I've had another miscarriage.
I haven't had any bleeding but I'm aware it can happen without bleeding or at a later stage
Dosent help but add to to my concerns that I feel i may have overheated my body in bed the day before
Anyone any thoughts. It'd bad all my symptoms have gone isn't it

It’s really normal for symptoms to vanish/fluctuate. Try not to worry-easier said than done I know.
Congratulations Flowers

I think fluctuation is normal so early on, you can’t have been having strong symptoms for more than a week or two so these changes can be perfectly normal, and I hope that’s the case for you OP.

Bless you I hope everything is okay, it is normal for symptoms to fluctuate, just try to rest and not stress too much, I know that's not easy. I had seven miscarriages before I had my children, so I know how hard it is and causes anxiety.
As I said it is normal for symptoms to fluctuate. X

As already said, it’s normal for symptoms to come and go.

Stop taking your temperature, you’re not meant to continue after your bfp. Also you won’t have overheated in bed so you can stop worrying about that.

I’ve had a lot of miscarriages too so I know the fear. I’d suggest having your hCG bloods done this week, should give you a better insight into what’s happening until you’re far enough along for a scan.
