Any vbac 2 mums

Hi did anyone with 2 sections go on to have a natural birth if so I’d like to hear your stories about when you went to the hospital how long did you leave it when contractions happened should you only go after the water breaks

my last i had 36 hours of painful contractions that only got me 3cm
im now thinking that it might have been prodromal labour and the hospital rushed to do a c section instead of leaving me the only thing is she had meconium

There have been a few threads about this before Op, if you google the same question and ‘mumsnet’ you’ll find them.

I imagine it’s not something the hospital would recommend but they should also support you if that’s your decision, while making you aware of the risks. It may partly depend on your reasons for having sections previously, teamed with risk of uterine rupture.
