5 weeks - browny-pink discharge and minor pains

I'm 5 weeks and have just had some mid-brown/pinkish discharge. It's stopped but I am now having sharp-ish (though not too painful) pains in the left of my abdomen - I have had these every few days for a while.

I cant work out whether I should be worried based on what I have googled. I am very worried. Any reassurance?

Hi I had an early scan at 4weeks 4days and my doctor mentioned that I could see some blood in the upcoming days as he could see it on the scan. Honestly he made it seem as something very common in early pregnancy and not to worry about.
But give a call to your health provider to check it out.
