Bleeding 17 weeks

hello,
im 17 weeks pregnant and went to the toilet and after I wiped there was bright red blood, at the beginning of my pregnancy from 5 weeks til 10 weeks I bled everyday every scan was ok then it stopped I did have a random spot of blood in my clothes at about 13 weeks but nothing since I had my 12 weeks scan everything was ok and I had a gender reveal scan a week ago and everything was also ok then. I’ve got no pain just bleeding whilst I wipe, do you think it’s just bleeding like before or something serious? First pregnancy I’m so worried :(

I would get this checked out. Better safe than sorry!

Hi I've had this for the past 2 weeks, I'm 18 weeks now. Started as light bleeding, had a heavy bleed Sunday before last, was kept in hospital but they found no cause, baby's heartbeat was fine so they discharged me. It then turned to spotting for a while, then last night I woks up to the heaviest bleed yet and lots of clots, went back in only to be told same again. Cervix closed all looks fine, baby seems fine. I have no idea what is going on!!! But yeh definitely go get checked just to be safe x

can I ask was it spots of blood I had 2 spots of blood yesterday im 12 weeks today and I'm soooo worried I still have blue veins in my boobs that probably the only symptom I have now but when I had my missed misscarraige 4 years back that is exactly all I had was a little spot of blood and was told at my scan no heart beat so I'm worried I'm goin to get the same result in 5days
