14 weeks pregnant with twins and constantly feeling worried

Basically as the subject says. I’m 14 weeks pregnant with twins, I already have a nearly 2 year old daughter and I cannot stop worrying in this pregnancy. I sometimes feel movement in when I’m the bath, just little flutter but I haven’t felt anything for a couple of days, the rational side of my head says that they are still small and I’m not likely to feel movement all the time, but I think it’s playing on my mind this week as I’ve also been struggling with really bad indigestion and back pain. I’ve previously had a MMC and my mental health don’t the best when pregnant, just looking for some reassurance if anyone has been through similar or can offer some advice, thanks x

@KatM93 i had my twins in July and I didn’t really feel any movements till I was gone like 20 odd weeks and the it ramped up constantly kicking from when I woke up till when I went to sleep and indigestion was come and go at the start but towards the end was really bad….try and relax and they will be here before you know it

@KatM93 - congratulations on your twin pregnancy! It’s an exciting time up ahead. All three of you have done great to get through the first trimester!

I didn’t feel my twins until late in the pregnancy. Having flutters this early is great. I’m sorry that you have anxiety from time to time. It’s relatively common in pregnancy but do what you can to change your focus at those times. The babies are well, you have carried to full term & have parenting experience!
