I've been given progesterone pessaries due to a short luteal phase (8 days) following a chemical. I have been told to start them the day after my ovulation. I had the highest level LH test yesterday evening (but didn't and never have a full "peak" but i know ovulation can occur up to 24 hours after peak if i am not mistaken and don't want to take it before i ovulate as i know it can prevent ovulation. So do i start taking it tonight or tomorrow?
