Lower righthand side. In the morning and at lunchtime after work too and from the car. I am presuming it is nothing to worry about. Don't want to bother midwife as fine after a rest but it is quite sore. I am 26 weeks today.

Sounds familiar

If you slow down a bit when you walk it may not be as painful.

I've got that too - it's really nasty but caused by the ligaments stretching. A walk usually helps me - hurts like hell at first but calms down after a while.

I had the exact same thing and was constantly sticking my flat palm down the side of my trousers and pressing on the area as an involuntary reaction along with going "oooooooowwwww" in a long groan which got me some strange looks...

MW just said to me "It's too early to be having that!" and I was prob about the same stage as you. Next appt a different MW said it could either be ligament pain or the baby's favourite place to lie so may be pressing on a nerve a little bit. Do you feel LO moving around? Sometimes mine would hurt more after LO had been kinda spinning and active then it seemed to settle back down into the sore spot...

It is really sore though - it does calm down after a few weeks....
