Could it be an ectopic

Pregnancy advice needed.
Please don’t say go to the drs, I’ve been in and out of epu for days and they can’t scan me till atleast next week to confirm as I’m too early.

I had my 6th miscarriage 4 weeks ago. I found out last week I’m pregnant already.
My hcg was 6.9 then 21.9 and then finally today only 34.4.

I am far too early for any scans ect.
Due to all of my miscarriages the drs have put me straight on progesterone and aspirin.

My issue is I can’t seem to get out my head the worry of this pregnancy being an ectopic.
All of my other pregnancies I have cramps around implantation time. Then cramps when miscarrying along with bleeding.

This pregnancy everyday I notice little sharp twinges on my right side mainly but cramps all over here and there too.

(When having implantation pain I’ve only really noticed it on one side though…)

I started my progesterone today and still getting right sided cramps here and there.

I’ve been told to go back into epu for bloods and possibly a scan if my hcg is high enough next Monday.

I have no other symptoms. No bleeding ect.

Does this sound like it could be ectopic or am I just stressing to much due to my history with miscarries.

😫😫

Sorry for your losses, I know it's very hard.

I don't think the cramps or pain are necessarily something bad, as long as they are mild. Probably just your uterus growing. How far apart were your blood tests taken?

An ectopic is always a possibility, but it's never that likely.

I'm so sorry you've had so many miscarriages. That's very hard to cope with. I had a lot myself so I do understand.

For what it's worth, this new pregnancy doesn't sound like an ectopic.

I hope you get an answer soon and that this pregnancy progresses.

I think it’s the stress from having just miscarried, and understandably over analysing every symptom. This cycle hasn’t been like a normal one because you miscarried 4 weeks ago, and are on medication, so it’s bound to feel different. I hope you have a nice smooth pregnancy OP 💐

I’ve had implantation pain with my first 2 pregnancies and the pain w my ectopic was different- it went down my leg , like a really bad muscle sprain, and walking was painful, and I also had a pain in my shoulder.

good luck 🍀

ny blood levels were every 48 hours I won’t be getting another till Monday now!
hopefully I’ll stop myself from stressing too much

Sorry about your previous losses ❤️

I am in a similar position with one sided cramps/feelings.
I had a MMC at 9 weeks and a chemical previously so also more anxious than previous pregnancies. I am also 4 weeks so too early to scan. Please update the thread, would love to know how you get on!

Hi I am 4 weeks 3 days pregnant, after numerous losses and am also experiencing cramps and twinges on one side. I am symptom spotting so much it's driving me mad I am so worried about having an ectopic. I am due to go abroad on holiday a week today so that is also stressing me out.
My main symptoms are
Cramps in pelvis, occasionally left side but sometimes right side.
Sore shoulders (I fell over about a month ago and the pains never gone away).
Lower back pain.
I am starting to feel nauseous and sore boobs etc.

I can link the symptoms to causes such as lower back sitting in a theatre the other day on very uncomfortable seats.
Neck and shoulder pain from my fall.

I think I'm just over thinking but gosh I am so nervous and struggling to enjoy this pregnancy despite it being so wanted.

I have a private scan booked for 7 weeks so hopefully I can just hold on till then.

This sounds like normal pregnancy stuff, cramps are normal and you wouldn’t feel cramps on both sides with an ectopic. And you said yourself the shoulder pain is pre existing. Nausea and Sore boobs arnt ectopic symptoms either. Try and relax if you can and keep busy packing for your holiday and before you no it that scan date will be here.

Thank you! I must admit I have been monitoring today and do have pain on both sides at differing times. I think I just need to relax but it's easier said than done isn't it. 3 chemicals and a TFMR later, pregnancy isn't an easy ride!! Thanks for replying to me!
