Can you have eyebrow lamination when pregnant?
Each page I have looked at gives a different answer?

Didn't know not having it was a thing, my friend did for her entire pregnancy. I have no idea if she was supposed to tho! Her baby is 1 now

Actually second guessing myself now, she may have changed to just tinting during pregnancy, which seems ok going off of Google, so maybe a better option?

I have been? No issues what so ever! Get my eyelashes LVLed as well, just had to do patch tests once I was out of the first trimester to check for new sensitivities

It's not recommended, but not because of any risk to the baby. Your skin just might not react as expected due to your hormones going haywire and the results might be worse than you're used to, might not last as long, or your skin may break out/react poorly. If you're ok with all of the above possibilities you can still have it done though, although some salons won't if they know you're pregnant.

I had read you’re not supposed to but I think you can have tint and wax done? X

Thanks every page mentions something different. I have booked but I am sure there will be people who would have had this done before knowing they were pregnant and the advice is unclear.

It's totally up to you and your salon. My girl point blank refused when asked by my pregnant friend if she would do it. You have to do what's best for you. This is what the brow tech said -

Brow lamination uses specific chemical and perm solutions that can be harmful to the mother and fetus on inhalation. There is also not enough research on brow lamination in pregnant women, so it's best that you err on the side of caution and don't get your brows laminated when you're breastfeeding or pregnant.
One of the standard rules when you're getting a cosmetic procedure, is that there shouldn't be any pH imbalances in the skin. Chemicals can become denatured or react differently when you have a pH imbalance in the skin.
A pH imbalance generally occurs when one is pregnant. Most doctors also inform you about all the different procedures you cannot partake in while pregnant, and exposure to solid chemicals is one thing you should avoid.
Brow lamination serums and chemicals are harsh as they intend to straighten your hair or make sure they remain that way for a long time. Thus, it’s not brow lamination is not wholly safe during pregnancy

I would guess not, brow tinting isn’t even allowed during pregnancy anymore (just checked with my beauty therapist friend). They used to say no during the first trimester but now it’s a no throughout
