Contractions stop start

Hello

I’m 37+4 today and have had contractions every night since Friday from 1am - 6am quite consistently, enough for me to wake me feeling nauseous and for me to get up and walk around. Then they seem to slow right down during the day. Only having them occasionally.
I’ve lost my mucus plug.

This is my third baby, I had one baby at 39 weeks and the other at 37.

Anyone else experienced this?

It isn’t something I’ve experienced before.

I’m in a similar boat. 37 weeks tomorrow on third baby. Driving me mad. Quite painful contractions so not braxton hicks but also not regular and stop sporadically so not established Labour either! It’s wearing me down! I believe it could be prodromal Labour and one of the times they will just become regular and be real labor!!!!

Yes, this sounds familiar - I had this with my first child. I was in labour for three days, but it wasn’t as bad as it sounds because the contractions started really gently, and slowly built up. They stopped at night as well, my body just too tired, and then on the third day they just sped up and my baby was born.

Good luck ladies, it is the final stretch.

Oh I do hope it doesn’t go on much longer, it’s driving me mad too!

Yes the pain is definitely worse than Braxton Hicks.

I keep thinking todays the day then it stops 😩
