I had Mirena removed beginning of august, TTC, had period 30th August, I’d a bleed 30th September light for one day. Got positive 27th October. I’ve no idea how far along I am ? Am I 10 weeks or almost 6, how do u know if Implantation bleed ? It’s child 3, I feel like showing at night but not due to see gp to next week
