I had ivf and I'm 11dp5dt . That's equivalent to 16dpo.
I tested Tuesday and it was postive but faint and tested today and line intensity hasn't increased.
I'm worried this is too faint for this stage ?
I've already had prior chemicals that didn't progress and got fainter and now this isn't progressing I'm worried it means an impending miscarriage

Try not to stress yourself out with tests. If you’re having ivf they should be doing early bloods to confirm pregnancy? And 48 hours apart? X

RoseQuartzAndMoonstone · 09/11/2023 13:03

@elisha1375 no they arent doing bloods. They will organise an early scan in a few weeks time if positive but that's it .
I know I should relax but its so hard when people have very strong lines at this stage and mine is very faint

I would really push for bloods hun. Just explain your anxiety about previous CP or ask your GP or do it privately? X

@elisha1375 thanks. I'll try ringing my surgery tomorrow.
It's probably unlikely as it's hard to get an appointment at my surgery this past while due to being understaffed, plus I was informed before I needed to have 3 miscarriages in order for them to see me. This would be my 3rd pregnancy. Both prior ended in a miscarriage just after 4 weeks

Just put in a request for 2 HCG bloods, or go to your nearest EPU and explain your concern? I went to my EPU when my tests were doing a similar thing and they had to do bloods to check it wasn’t ectopic. A less stressed mumma is better than a really stressed mumma. So if this will ease go to your EPU and demand a blood test ! X

How did you get on in the end? I’m currently going through at 9/10 days past
