Twins. Bleeding. 5 weeks

Hi everyone. I had an early scan yesterday to rule out Ectopic as I have previous.
They found 2 gestational sacs. One developing the yolk and one still empty both measuring 5 weeks exactly. But I've just had a bleed, bright red but little amount and now it's turned pale pink and only when wiping. Just looking for other experiences and outcomes bad or good.

@pinkmarshmalloww i had bleeding at the start with my twins seemed to be only when I wiped just went to the hospital to be safe and everything was fine mayb just go have a check to be safe

@Twimum23 I'm going to call the EPU in the morning and see what they say. I have another scan in 11 days but I'm hoping they'll bring it forward. They originally wanted me back for rescan on Monday so I'm hoping they still can 🥺

This happened to me. I had several bleeds though. I lost one, but the other is my eldest.

I hope its nothing, bleeding is so very common in pregnancies. My IVF said only be concerned if golf ball sized clots if any reassurance, wishing you all the best

I had a complicated and weird pregnancy that ended in two separate miscarriages (one pretty much straight away and the other at 16 weeks) so that was twins, unfortunately.

I had two babies successfully after that, then successfully had twins. I had bleeding in two out of those three pregnancies but they all went to full term.

I have a scan on Monday 13th
The episode of bleeding was that one time. Since then I've just had slight discolouration when wiping but I'm still terrified 🥺

I had this at the same stage, I went to be checked at EPU & that was when I found out there were two yolk sacs. When I went back later they were both there and I went on to have twins.

It was link pink, as you describe, whereas when I have miscarried in other pregnancies it turned to dark blood very quickly.
