As the title says. I had some really sharp shooting pains around lunch time today, then around an hour ago started bleeding. It's a fair bit not huge amounts at the moment. Also feel like something is "going on", as in cramps on and off, weird pains like when I sit down it felt uncomfortable.
Should I just wait it out or am I supposed to call the doctor/NHS 24? It's so early days that my GP doesn't even have it on record that I'm pregnant yet. Well, maybe not pregnant anymore by the looks of it but who knows...

Sorry you are going through this. Is there an early pregnancy unit attached to a hospital near you? They normally can help in this situation. There may also be a midwife advice line in your area that can help even if your pregnancy isn't registered yet.

Yes there's an early pregnancy unit, I was sent to it with my first pregnancy but that was through my GP. I also bled lots then and left it ages as I assumed I was miscarrying (but wasn't, my daughter is now 3), but I don't want to leave it that long this time. Not sure about a midwife line, Googled it but there doesn't seem to be one. From what I remember from last time, I was given a number to call if I had any concerns but that was when I was already in the system.
Will probably just ring my GP tomorrow morning.
Feeling quite shivery and sleepy right now but cramps better after Paracetamol.

Sounds a good plan @Chocolatehobnobs2948 hope you get some rest tonight. That's good the cramps are easing off and 🤞it is nothing concerning.
