Wondering if you only get the ovulation dip and then the rise immediately following ovulation only if you release an egg?
For context, my temperature was ranging around the 37.2C for multiple days during CD 11-15, dipped to 36.4C range on CD 16-17 for a couple days then back up the 37.4C range CD 18-20 for multiple days now. My last cycle was 31 days. Does this sound like I successfully ovulated? I’m new to tracking temperatures and ovulation so still learning lots about it.
