Hi Guys,

I am 34 weeks 4 days pregnant and im rh negative and baby is predicted positive. this evening i stumbled up the stairs where i worked, i didn't fall on my bump or hit the stairs but what i did do was as i was falling to balance myself i put my leg on a higher step and which made me fall forward a little bit and squish my bump between my leg .... at the time there was a small bit of pain but nothing after. i called the hospital and I'm just waiting for a call back from them to say whether i need to come in and get an anti-d injection. I've recently switched hospitals and the first hospital i was at were extremely cautions and would make me get anti-d over small things (i have had this injection 4 times this pregnancy already) but this new hospital seem a lot more relaxed about it.
would you guys think this would warrant another injection ??

thanks in advance

I wouldn't think so no, I wouldn't describe this as any kind of 'trauma' to your bump, women end up in odd positions/knock into things all the time. Unless there is significant pain or bleeding I can't see them wanting to give you a 5th injection. It also depends on how long it has been since your last one too
