Hi Iv had a early pregnancy scan to rule out ectopic pregnancy couldn’t see much on scan so rebooked in hopefully someone see something thanks in advance

Looks like a very early pregnancy with the beginnings of a yolk sac and embryo being visible .

Do you know how far along you are ?

I’m quess around 5 weeks could be less as had inregular period
really curious as some say could be twins
