Badger Notes Activation Code

My consultant has switched from paper notes to the badger notes app. The midwife said to use my date of birth as the activation code but I can't get this to work. If anyone else has used their date of birth could you please let me know the format? I have tried 31/10/2023 for example and ending just in 23 but nothing seems to work!

no? I didn't realise I needed one. I'll ask the midwife again when I see her. I think everyone else writes in the book so it's not urgent

Yea I think they have to set you up on there first which is when you get the email.

Hi! I had to enter my badger notes activation code about 20 times until it worked. My midwife said that it's just a bit dodgy and takes a while to work.
