I can’t lie I am losing the will to live (dramatic)

the pain in my leg is goddamn awful, I can’t sleep, I can’t sit comfortably, I can’t stand comfortably, I can’t do anything comfortably 🤣

anyone have any tips? I have a hot water bottle but it doesn’t seem to be doing much! I have my last midwife appointment tomorrow and will beg for some advice, but from google it very much seems like there’s nothing that can be done?!

I had sciatica for a few weeks at around 28 weeks before baby mercifully moved and eased the pressure on the nerve and it went away. A maternity support belt helped quite a lot! I just got a cheap one from Argos. Also the cat/cow yoga pose seemed to stretch out the right part of my back too. Sending sympathy! It’s a horrible pain x

It is horrendous and I sympathise massively. It really ruined the last few weeks of pregnancy for me: I could barely walk towards the end. I know that’s not massively helpful but mine did go after having DD, although am now having back problems anyway 😫

Depends on how bad it is but yoga may help especially child’s pose & cat cow

Thank you - will have a look at the yoga poses & belt.

@Summermeadowflowers I’m just hoping baby comes early simply so the pain goes 😭 sorry to hear about your back pain!
