Early miscarriage

Hi guys. Found out I was pregnant last week...absolutely over the moon! I would've been around 4-5 weeks.
Started bleeding 2 days ago quite heavy, clotting etc. went to a&e and they said possibly a threatened miscarriage as my cervix was fully closed. Told me to test in a weeks time.
Today I've stopped bleeding, just brown when I wipe now. Does this mean the miscarriage is over with? Or can I start bleeding again? Thanks

It can be off and on, whether a miscarriage or other bleeding in pregnancy. My MC started with brown, then went red but bleeding was a bit stop start for first two days. Hope that helps and fingers crossed it’s not a MC x

Did a test about 10 mins ago...VERY faint line :( I've had no cramps at all. Just a lot of bleeding . It'll happen when it's meant to happen. Xx
